Consultation is now open on amendments proposed to the Development Assessment Rules to support the implementation of the Housing Availability and Affordability (Planning and Other Legislation Amendment) Bill 2023.
The consultation period runs from Friday 19 April 2024 to Tuesday 21 May 2024 and allows you to provide feedback or make a submission on the proposed amendments.

The Development Assessment (DA) Rules explain how development applications in Queensland must be lodged, assessed and decided. The DA Rules also outline how public notification is required to be undertaken.
